Recipes

Sausage pasta

 Spaghetti - 100 g

 Sausages - 5 pcs.

 Salt to taste

 COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

 Sausages cut into 2-3 parts.  Poke them along the pasta.  Boil in salted water.  Spaghetti must be very thin and cook no longer than 5 minutes.

Lavash roll with cheese and smoked sausage.

Smoked sausage - 200 g

 Cheese - 200 g

 Mayonnaise - 100 g

 Dill to taste

 Armenian lavash 1 pc

 COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

 Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Cut the sausage into small pieces.  Cut a little dill (a few twigs).  Mix the ingredients and season with mayonnaise - the filling is ready.  Expand lavash.

 Spread lavash with a thin layer of filling.  Roll the lavash into a roll, cut into pieces.

Homemade hot dogs

 Hot dog bun

 Sausages

 Mayonnaise and ketchup to taste.

 COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

 Cut the hot dog bun as deep as possible, but so that it does not separate.  Spread a spoonful of mayonnaise on the inside of the bun and put the sausages inside.  Microwave at maximum power for one minute.

Sandwich with fried eggs, smoked sausage and cheese

Smoked sausage

 White bread

 COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

 Heat bread and spread one half of the sandwich with mayonnaise (you can make it yourself), put cheese, tomato slices, smoked sausage and lettuce on the second.  Meanwhile, fry a small fried egg with butter - such that the yolk is half-prepared.  Put the fried eggs on the lettuce leaf, cover with the other half of the sandwich and serve.

Muffins with cheese and sausage

 Cheese - 100 g

 Sausage - 100 g

 Milk - 150 ml

 Butter - 100 g

 Chicken Egg - 3 pcs.

 Wheat flour - 300 g

 Baking powder - 2 teaspoons

 Salt and black pepper to taste.

 COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

 Cut the sausage and cheese into cubes.  Beat the egg with pepper and salt.  Add butter (softened).  Add cheese and sausage, mix.  Add baking powder and flour, knead the dough. Spread the dough into molds, about two-thirds of the height of the mold.  Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.    

Potato pancakes with sausage

 Potato - 10 pcs.

 Boiled sausage - 250 g

 Onion 2 pcs

 Garlic - 3 cloves

 Olive oil - 5 tablespoons

 Wheat flour - 2 tablespoons

 Salt to taste

 COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

 Onions and garlic are washed, peeled and gently cut into small cubes.  I recommend slicing the sausage into strips (although any other shape can be, the main thing is that it is small enough).  The potato is also washed, peeled and rubbed on a coarse grater or passed through a meat grinder.  Add the garlic, flour, sausage, onion to the potato and pepper and salt to taste.  Then mix it all thoroughly.  Fry potato pancakes in well-heated oil until golden brown.  Serve hot potato pancakes, garnishing with greens and sour cream sauce (sour cream, if desired, can be replaced with mayonnaise or any other sauce bought in the store).
